This week we were able to finally eat all the lettuce from our CSA! Were very happy to have met this challenge. The only thing we weren’t able to finish in time was the endive. That stuff is burly in its raw state. I had plans of using it in a soup but didn’t get around to it. Anyways onto this weeks goodies.

1 head green butter head (bib) lettuce – certified organic – Goshen View Organics
1 head red leave lettuce – certified organic – Railroad Organics
1 bag cress – certified organic – Back 40 Ranch
So I dont have much experience/any with cres… Does anyone have any good ideas of what to do with it? I washed it tonight and we added it raw to our salads/wraps but its defiantly spicy and much more like horseradish than I was expecting. Do most use it raw or blended in dressings/dips/ect?
