green velvet cupcakes

ok…don’t ask why they are green. i really have no idea. they are supposed to be red velvet cupcakes but i was out of red, and figured green would look nice. i plan to make them over christmas, sans food coloring…what would they be called then? velvet cupcakes?

make them whatever color you want, but i highly suggest you make them. they are yummy.
